Job Advertisement: Programmatic Specialist – Dubai, Cadreon MENA
Do you have 6-12 months experience in a Programmatic role? Are you looking for a new challenge which allows you to get closer to clients, gain exposure to different technologies and have more responsibility and strategy input?
We’re looking for a Senior Programmatic Executive to join the team. You will be a key part of the growing team responsible for the best use of programmatic buying technologies, with a focus on developing trading best practice, execution of performance based and branding plans, as well as reporting & commenting on performance throughout the duration of campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Create and develop strategies to increase campaign performance and exceed clients KPIs
- Work on tracking strategy, manage tagging process working closely with digital planners and client IT teams
- Setting up campaigns on multiple tech platforms
- Daily monitoring and optimization of campaigns to ensure campaign success
- Weekly/monthly reporting, provide analysis and information to the client services teams as per their requirements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices, strategies, and offerings within the programmatic space, including DSPs, exchanges, SSPs, etc.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 6-12 months of experience in programmatic is a must
- 1-2 years digital experience preferably on agency side is a plus
- Strong understanding of the rapidly changing digital/programmatic ecosystem
- Experience managing CPA, CPC, and CPM marketing campaigns
- Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced agency environment
- In depth knowledge of at least one DSP
